Fitness has been Kristinas passion since she came out of the womb. She played basketball, soccer, softball, ran cross country and even tried cheerleading. She first tried indoor cycling at the age of 12 when her mom used to take her to class with her, she eventually fell in love with it because she saw her overall performance improve. Years later, after tearing her ACL and spinning being the only thing she could do, she fell back in love with it. Kristina looks to motivate her students to work hard while improving with each class. Get ready to work hard, sweat and have fun!
