Heather developed a passion for indoor cycling after being introduced to it in 2007. Shortly after, she decided to become an instructor, as she realized that it was an opportunity to inspire and be inspired. 

She often challenges her riders to "dare to stretch", as she believes that the body follows the mind and that optimum results are the oucome of mental focus, willpower, and commitment. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, Heather seeks to connect with you, so together you can ride to the beat in the direction of your fitness goals and dreams.
