Do you have classes
for beginners?

Absolutely! If you are new to indoor cycling sign up for the RIDE 101 class. We will teach you proper form and technique along with bike set up. After the education part, you’ll enjoy a 20 minute practice ride to polish your skills. Bring a friend and enjoy the fun! If Element 101 is not convenient for our schedule, arrive 20 minutes early and let our friendly staff know you are a first timer. We will help you set up the bike and provide tips on technique and safety. When the lights go down and the music comes up, you will have the freedom to ride at your own pace and control your own resistance.

Do you require cycling shoes?

Cycling shoes are complimentary, so enjoy using ours or bring your own. Pedals accept both LOOK and SPD cleats. Clipping in allows you to utilize the full revolution of your pedal stroke and engage more of your muscles, which translates into a more effective workout.

How does your waitlist work?

When someone cancels a bike, the next person on the waitlist is automatically moved into the class and onto the bike that was canceled. You will receive an email immediately notifying you.

Do you offer rides
for local charities?

One of our elements is COMMUNITY, we love to give back! We offer charity rides and special events to support non-profit organizations. Do you have a charity event and want us to provide free classes for a silent auction or host a charity event for your organization? Email info@therideelement.com with your request, event date and contact information and we will get in touch with you.

Is there an age or height requirement?

You must be 14 years or older to take a cycling class. If you are under 18 years old, we’ll need your parents to sign a consent form in person in studio. Riders must be over 4’10’’ to fit the bike.

How is Your Studio
Different from Others?

Our cycling theater is designed with meticulous detail to enhance every aspect of your ride. Mesmerizing illumination is integrated into each well-planned class to create emotion and eliminate boredom.

Our custom-branded Stages bikes are voted best in the industry and include hand weight holders for rhythm rides and the Stages Power Meter for performance rides.

Our instructors have unparalleled drive, reputation, and commitment. They hold multiple certifications and are trained by internationally-acclaimed rhythm and performance master instructors.

Will You Have
Lockers or Showers?

At Ride Element we love luxury. We offer private showers with spa-grade products, the softest and fluffiest 100% low twist cotton towels, and a fully- stocked blow dry bar. Everything you need to freshen up after your ride!

Generous changing rooms and social spaces include keyless lockers and chargers available so your techy gadgets can charge while you Re-charge your body and Re-balance your mind.

Do you keep my bike
setting on file?

If you are new, please arrive 15-20 minutes early and our friendly staff will help you set up and clip in. We’ll write down your seat and handlebar height and add it to your Zingfit profile in case you forget.

When is the schedule
released so I can sign
up for a class?

Every Sunday evening we will publish the class times for the following week. Please opt-in to receive emails from us to make sure you grab the classes you want!

for private events?
